1. Introduction

These Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("Customer") and TinyDeploy ("we", "us"). TinyDeploy provides technical tools and automation services that assist you in reinstalling or redeploying operating systems on virtual or physical servers you own or control. TinyDeploy is an independent third-party deployment automation service and is not a hosting provider, VPS provider, cloud provider, or operating system vendor.

2. Nature of the Service

TinyDeploy provides automation tools, scripts and technical workflows for operating system deployment, for both Windows and Linux. All deployments are initiated and executed by you, on servers you own or control.

Important clarification. Microsoft Windows® and Windows Server® are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. TinyDeploy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft or any operating system vendor. TinyDeploy does not sell software licences, product keys, activation rights, or software ownership. Fees paid to TinyDeploy relate solely to deployment automation services. You remain solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licences required for software you deploy.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• You are authorised by your VPS/server provider to reinstall or modify the operating system
• You are solely responsible for software licensing, copyright compliance, and legality of use
• You have backed up all important data before deployment — deployment may permanently erase the disk

TinyDeploy does not verify licence ownership or provider permissions.

4. Service Access and Usage Limits

Depending on your plan: usage quotas or deployment credits, deployment attempt limits, concurrent deployment limits, and (on the free tier) a limit of one installation per public IP per day. Successful deployments consume credits and are non-refundable, even if the server is later deleted, rebuilt, or modified. Unused credits do not roll over unless explicitly stated. Deployments that fail or are automatically aborted (approximately one hour without progress) do not consume credits and are refunded automatically.

5. Service Expiry

Once your credits or profile expire, new deployments cannot be initiated; existing servers already deployed are not affected and keep running independently. Expired access requires a top-up or renewal before new deployments.

6. Post-Deployment Independence

After deployment completes, your server operates independently from TinyDeploy. We transmit initial deployment credentials only for installation and first access, and do not maintain persistent remote control or management access to deployed servers. You are responsible for changing and securing all credentials after first login. TinyDeploy cannot disable, suspend, modify or interfere with an already-deployed server.

7. Supported Environments

Typically supported: KVM-based virtualisation and 64-bit Intel/AMD CPUs, both UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes. Compatibility with every provider, hardware type or configuration is not guaranteed; dedicated servers and non-standard architectures may not be supported.

8. Deployment Limitations and Risks

Deployment may involve technical complexity. You acknowledge that deployment errors may occur, servers may become temporarily or permanently inaccessible, and VPS providers may restrict OS changes or rebuilding after custom deployments. TinyDeploy is not responsible for provider-imposed limitations.

9. Data Loss Disclaimer

All data on the target disk may be permanently erased during deployment. You are solely responsible for backing up data before using the service.

10. Payments

• Payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking) or cryptocurrency invoicing
• Services do not auto-renew; there are no automatic recurring payments
• Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable
• Prepaid account credit is non-refundable

11. Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable once service access is granted, except at our discretion
• Refunds may be considered within 7 days for first-time customers only
• Usage exceeding 10% of allocated credits disqualifies refund eligibility
• Failed installations are automatically refunded as credits (see section 4)

12. Chargebacks and Disputes

Disputed or charged-back payments may result in immediate service suspension or termination and administrative review fees. Abuse of the dispute process may result in permanent account restriction.

13. Fraudulent Activity

Services obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means will be terminated immediately; associated data may be deleted without recovery.

14. Support Scope

We support deployment and automation issues only. We do not provide operating system usage support, application/workload configuration support, or software licensing/activation assistance.

15. Prohibited Use

You may not use TinyDeploy to circumvent software licensing requirements, violate VPS provider terms, or engage in illegal, infringing, abusive or unauthorised activities. You are solely responsible for all activities and workloads conducted on servers deployed via TinyDeploy; we do not host, monitor, control or manage customer servers after deployment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations.
